Auctions
By agreeing to purchase an art piece by bidding on the piece, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The auction will be conducted electronically, with bids being displayed automatically.
Max bidding is not currently available. The bid amount you enter is placed as your bid. When that bid amount is outbid, you will receive a notification, and you can place another bid.
Items will be sold to the highest eligible bidder recorded at the close of bidding. If you are the winner, you will be notified on-screen and may also receive an email or text message confirmation.
Bids will not be accepted after the auction closes.
Minimum Bid increments are indicated next to each item.
No auction item may be redeemed for cash.
The host shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the auction or auction items, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you, the bidder, accept that as a successful winner of an item, you will fully pay for the item (including any surcharge, tax, or delivery costs) of all the items you win within three business days.
Payments: Some campaigns may require entering card details to preauthorize payment. The campaign host reserves the right to charge preauthorized cards for outstanding invoices once the campaign has closed.
The host may also set a service fee to cover transaction fees or other campaign costs, which may be charged on all online payment amounts.
Stripe, the payment processor, securely processes online payments made on the campaign.
Stripe directs online payments to the campaign host.
Special Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Art at Retail Price
By agreeing to purchase the art piece at the artist's retail price, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Retail Price Purchase:
Buyers may purchase the art piece directly at the retail price instead of participating in the bidding process.
Agreement to Terms:
By completing this purchase, the buyer confirms their agreement to these terms and conditions.
Shipping Responsibility:
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Standard shipping is $15% of cost of item (per piece.)
Priority shipping is available for $37.00 per piece. Please select your preferred shipping method at the time of purchase.
Handling Time:
Orders will be processed and shipped within seven business days after payment is received.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is $37.00 for the winning item and "Buy Now. " Additionally, 15% of the cost of each extra item included in the same shipment will be charged. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We aim to process and ship all items within seven business days of receiving payment. Processing time for your order may take up to three days. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS. We recommend tracking your shipment for the most up-to-date information. Extra-large items may incur an additional shipping fee. This fee will be indicated on the auction page for your reference.
Item Condition and Description:
The art piece is sold as described. The buyer is encouraged to review the item description and any provided images carefully before purchasing.
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the event of damage during shipping or if the item is significantly not as described. Buyers must report any issues within five days of receipt with supporting photographs.
Payment Method:
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute regarding the purchase, the artist's decision is final.
Privacy Policy:
The buyer's personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing the order.
