Auctions
The auction will be conducted electronically, with bids being displayed automatically.
Items will be sold to the highest eligible bidder recorded at the close of bidding. If you are the winner, you will be notified on-screen and may also receive an email or text message confirmation.
Bids will not be accepted after the auction closes.
Minimum Bid increments are indicated next to each item.
No auction item may be redeemed for cash.
The host shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the auction or auction items, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you, the bidder, accept that as a successful winner of an item, you will fully pay for the item (including any surcharge, tax, or delivery costs) of all the items you win within three business days.

Each month, I will showcase a single, unique piece of artwork, giving you the opportunity to acquire a limited edition or one-of-a-kind treasure in various sizes and mediums.

How It Works
Auction Format: Each month, the auction will take place over a set period of 14 days. You can place your bids during this time.
Bidding Process: Bids can be placed directly on the auction page. Each artwork will have a starting bid, and you can increase the bid in specified increments until the auction closes.
Buy It Now Option: If you prefer not to participate in the bidding, worry not! Each art piece is available for purchase at the artist's regular price. Simply click the "Buy Now" button to secure your favorite piece immediately.
Important Information
Auction Dates: The auction will run for 14 days each month. Notification of the auction will be posted on the Infinity-Art website, social media, and notification sent to members' email. Make sure to mark your calendar!
Payment Options: Accepted payment methods include credit cards PayPal and Cash App for your convenience.
Shipping: Once the auction concludes, winning bidders and those who choose to purchase outright will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns: All sales are final, but if an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days for a resolution.
